We use whey protein that’s hormone and antibiotic free and made from the milk of grass-fed cows. Milk from grass-fed cows is richer in omega-3 fatty acids and has up to five times as much CLA. Instant Whey Pro also contains LactoSpore, a friendly bacteria.

Mix 30 g with 180-200 ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender – more or less water can be added to suit your preference.
Alternatively we absolutely love this product mixed in with Greek yoghurt (typically 100 g greek yoghurt with 30 g Instant Whey Pro) as a post dinner sweet treat.
